About This Tour
Never driven a quad before? This is the perfect start. After a short safety briefing and a few practice laps on flat sand, your guide leads you onto the first dunes of Erg Chebbi.
You’ll learn how to climb, turn and come down a dune safely, then stop on a ridge for photos with the endless sea of sand behind you.

How Your Ride Goes

Pick-up from your hotel or meet us at our office on the N13. Helmet, goggles and gloves on.
- 2Safety briefing
Your guide explains the controls and you practise on flat ground until you feel ready.
- 3Into the dunes
Follow your guide over the first dunes of Erg Chebbi – small climbs, gentle descents, lots of smiles.
- 4Photo stop
Park on a ridge for photos and a few minutes of desert silence.
- 5Ride back
Return to the starting point, shake off the sand and enjoy a cold drink.
